DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
legally described property: Lots 3 and 4, Block 5, Riverside Addition, to the City and
Townsite of Aspen, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado; commonly known as: 1035 E
Hopkins Avenue, Aspen, CO.; by order of The Community Development Director on July
23, 2018 via Administrative Approval, Reception No. 648943, July 23, 2018. The
Applicant received Stream Margin Exemption Approval for drainage improvements to an
