I can’t tell if this hits that target, but It looks like it’s at least 100 SF. Since it is not adjacent to an alleyway, it would likely be a special review (if it triggered code, which I don’t think this does.). My primary concern is to enclose the trash and recycling containers and provide enough space for both trash and recycling (ideally enough room for compost, but you know what they say about ideals…). Overall, I think I would approve this under special review if the enclosure is wildlife proof. However, the triggers for this being subject to space requirements of code would be if the project meets the definition of demolition or if they add two more lodge units. It seems as if neither of those conditions are met. Does this help?
