HomeMy WebLinkAboutIncomplete Letter.1045 Cemetery Ln Land Use Application Determination of Completeness Land Use Number LPA-24-107 Date: October 7, 2024 Seth Hmielowski 411 E Main Street #205, Aspen, Colorado 81611 Dear Seth, We have received your land use application for 1045 Cemetery Lane (LPA-24- 107) and reviewed it for completeness. Your Land Use Application is currently Incomplete. The following are needed: • Completed Land Use Application and signed Fee Agreement. • HOA Compliance form. • Applicant’s name, address and telephone number, contained within a letter signed by the Applicant stating the name, address, and telephone number of the representative authorized to action on behalf of the Applicant. • Street address and legal description of the parcel on which development is proposed to occur, consisting of a current (no older than 6 months) certificate from a title insurance company, an ownership and encumbrance report, or attorney licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, listing the names of all owners of the property, and all mortgages, judgments, liens, easements, contracts and agreements affecting the parcel, and demonstrating the owner’s right to apply for the Development Application. • Written responses to all applicable review criteria. Responses should include a written description of the proposal and an explanation in written, graphic, or model form of how the proposed development complies with the general intent statements of the Residential Design Standards and the intent statement associated with One-Story Element and Entry Connection Standards. (Simply stating that there is precedent is not enough to meet intent.)
