DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
property: 1045 Cemetery Lane, Unit 1, Legally Described as Condominium Unit 1, R.N.R.
Condominiums, According to the Map Thereof Recorded February 15, 1980 in Plat Book
8 at Page 82 and Amendment Thereto Recorded February 26, 1990 in Plat Book 23 at Page
91 and Second Amended Plat Recorded November 5, 1998 in Plat Book 47 at Page 53 and
as Defined and Described in the Condominium Declaration Recorded February 15, 1980
in Book 383 at Page 786 and Amendment Thereto Recorded February 26, 1990 in Book
614 at Page 784 and Second Amendment Recorded September 6, 2001 Under Reception
No. 458403, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado, PID# 2735-013-22-001, by order of the
Community Development Director on February 11, 2025 via a Notice of Approval,
