Project: LPA-23-070, 1100 Black Birch Drive Stream Margin Review
Comments:
These comments are not intended to be exhaustive, but an initial response to the project
conceptual packet submitted for the request of a Site Plan review and exemption from
standard 26.435.040(8) Stream Margin Special Review. Other requirements may be requested
at time of permit.
1. The applicant is requested to grant a fisherman’s easement in the river or stream and for a
width of five feet along the bank.
2. A dedicated fisherman’s easement shall be recorded prior to building permit issuance.
3. A landscape plan shall be submitted and reviewed by the Parks & Open Space Department.
4. Tree/Dripline Excavation Permit shall be submitted at building permit.
