Other requirements may be requested at time of permit. 1. The applicant is requested to grant a fisherman’s easement in the river or stream and for a width of five feet along the bank. 2. A dedicated fisherman’s easement shall be recorded prior to building permit issuance. 3. A landscape plan shall be submitted and reviewed by the Parks & Open Space Department. 4.
