DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
legally described property: Lot 11 of the Calderwood Subdivision; commonly known as:
1108 Waters Avenue, Aspen, CO.; by order of The Community Development Director on
January 11th, 2019 via Notice of Approval, Reception No. 653286. The Applicant received
Stream Margin Exemption Approval for an interior and exterior remodel and addition to
