OF
DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
legally described property: A tract of land situated in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section
13, Township 10 South, Range 85 West of the 6th P.M., according to the Plat Map recorded
March 10, 1983 in Book 14 at Page 41 at Reception 248557, County of Pitkin, State of
Colorado; the property commonly known as 1175 Doolittle Circle (Castle Ridge
Apartments), by order of The Community Development Director on July 21, 2021 via a
Notice of Approval. The Applicant received approval to replace walkways providing
