OF
DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the
approval of a site specific development plan, and
the creation of a vested property right pursuant to
the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title
24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertain-
ing to the following legally described property: A
tract of land situated in the NW % of the NW '/a of
Section 13, Township 10 South, Range 85 West of
the 6th P.M., according to the Plat Map recorded
March 10, 1983 in Book 14 at Page 41 at Recep-
tion 248557, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado;
the property commonly known as 1175 Doolittle
Circle (Castle Ridge Apartments), by order of The
Community Development Director on July 21, 2021
via a Notice of Approval. The Applicant received ap-
proval to replace walkways providing access to the
600 and 700 building. For further information con-
