Land Use Application
Determination of Completeness

Dear City of Aspen Land Use Review Applicant,
We have received your land use application for an Amendment to the Condominium Map for
Melville Condominiums and have determined it to be complete.
Other submission items may be requested throughout the review process as deemed necessary
by the Community Development Department. The staff planner for this project is Michelle
Bonfils-Thibeault, michelle.bonfils@cityofaspen.com. Michelle will be in touch with any
questions that come up in preparation for recording a new plat.
