HomeMy WebLinkAboutDO Notice (2)PUBLIC NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described property: a parcel of land situated in Section 18, Township 10 South, Range 84 West of the 6th P.M., City of Aspen, Pitkin County, Colorado, commonly known as 1411 Crystal Lake Road; Aspen, CO 81611; by order of The Community Development Director on February 21, 2018 via a Notice of Approval, Reception No. 645228. The Applicant received administrative approval for a Stream Margin Review to redevelop an existing single family residence.
