We have received your land use application for the 1440 Red Butte Stream Margin
Review (LPA-23-012) and reviewed it for completeness.
Your Land Use Application is currently Incomplete.
The following are needed:
• Please provide current title work within the past 6 months.
• Please include a letter of authorization identifying the managers of the LLC
authorized to act as the owners of the property.
Once you have compiled the remaining items for your application, please email
