HomeMy WebLinkAbout1450 Ute Ave_Aspen Club PD_LPA-22-114_Public Notice_Development OrderPUBLIC NOTICE Of DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following described property: Parcel IDs #2737-181-70-001 thru 004, Lots A, B, C, D, and E of the Aspen Club and Spa Subdivision and Planned Development, According to the plat thereof recorded July 16, 2015 at reception number 621569, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado, commonly known as 1450 Ute Avenue. The applicant has received approval for an Insubstantial PD Amendment for changes to the Club Building lodge units, adjustments to bedroom count in units 19-20, changes to parking layout, relocation of site walls, and revised deck and pool area square footages. The changes are depicted in the land use application on file with the City of Aspen or can be found in the Notice of Approval recorded at Reception #693079.
