PO Box 697, Aspen, CO 81611 Dear Jamie, We have received your land use application for 1501 Silver King Drive determination of pre-development topography (LPA-21-051) and reviewed it for completeness. Your Land Use Application is currently Incomplete. The following are needed: • Please provide proof of ownership in one of the options listed in the pre- app: a current certificate from a title company, and ownership and encumbrance report, or letter from a licensed attorney listing the names of all owners of the property, mortgages, judgments, liens, easements, contracts and agreements affecting the parcel. • Please provide a proposed interpolated grade survey prepared by a licensed surveyor demonstrating the pre-development topography. The pre- development topography exhibit should be prepared in accordance with the COA survey requirements. This will be used as an exhibit to the approval, if accepted, and recorded for reference during permit review.
