DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development
plan and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
legally described property Lot 2, BLOCK 3, ASPEN GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED SEPTEMBER 3, 1963 IN DITCH BOOK 2A AT PAGE
291 AS RECEPTION NO. 116127, COUNTY OF PITKIN, STATE OF COLORADO; the
property commonly known as 452 McSkimming Rd., by administrative notice of approval
on January 17, 2020 via Pre-Development Topography Determination. The vested right is
