plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City

legally described property: The Enclave at Aspen Lot 9, City of Aspen, County of Pitkin,
State of Colorado; the property commonly known as 834 East Durant Avenue, by order of
The Community Development Director on August 24, 2018 via a Notice of Approval,
Reception No.649749 The Applicant received approval for an Amendment of an ADU or
