HomeMy WebLinkAboutDO notice_Lot 3, Lazy Chair Ranch Rd.PUBLIC NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site-specific development plan and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following legally described property LOT 3, ARTHUR O. PFISTER FULLY DEVELOPED LANDS SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION, ACCORDING TO THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PLAT THEREOF RECORDED MARCH 17, 2015 IN PLAT BOOK 109 AT PAGE 72 AS RECEPTION NO. 618207, PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO; the property commonly known as Lot 3 Arthur O. Pfister Subdivision, by order of the Aspen Board of Adjustment on January 14, 2021 via Permitted Use Variance via BOA Resolution No. 1, Series of 2021. The Applicant received approval to use Lot 3 as a construction staging location during the redevelop of Lot 2 (511 Lazy Chair Ranch Rd.).
