Land Use Application
Determination of Completeness

Dear Chris,
We have received your land use application for Lot 3, Arthur O Pfister Exemption, Lazy Chair
Ranch Rd variance for permitted uses and reviewed it for completeness. Your Land Use
Application is currently incomplete. The following are needed:
• A stamped and signed survey for Lot 3.
• A signed HOA form for Lot 3.
• A revised project description clarifying the uses on Lot 2 and Lot 3.
