OF
DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given to the general public of the approval of a site specific development
plan, and the creation of a vested property right pursuant to the Land Use Code of the City
of Aspen and Title 24, Article 68, Colorado Revised Statutes, pertaining to the following
legally described property: Lots 1 and 2 of the Gorsuch Haus Subdivision/PUD, County of
Pitkin, City of Aspen, State of Colorado, commonly known as the Gorsuch Haus by order
of The Community Development Director on December 21, 2020 to reflect the approvals
granted by the Planning and Zoning Commission (Resolution #08, Series of 2020). The
applicant received approval of Detailed Planned Development Review, Final Commerical
Design Review, a Setback Variance, and Special Review as the concluding Land Use
reviews for the Gorsuch Haus Planned Development as defined by Ordinance #39, Series
