Kevin,
1020 E Cooper Ave Affordable Housing Project has selected a year carshare
membership for all tenants as a TDM measure to meet requirements of the City
of Aspen Transportation Impact Analysis. Given the constraints of the project and
limited TIA options as an affordable housing project, this measure is acceptable
to both the Engineering and Transportation Departments. This measure will
better serve the project and is a preferable alternative to payment of fee in lieu.
