Request for a Setback Variance

Project Location: 1040 and 1050 Matchless Drive Aspen, Colorado, 81611.
Legal Description: Racquet Club Subdivision: Units 1 through 4, Including Racquet
Club Subdivision Common Area. PID#: 273707411800
Description: The Applicant is seeking a setback variance for construction of 2
separate garage structures and a trash/recycling area along the
northeast property boundary. The proposed structures are not
compliant with the minimum R-6 setback requirements and a
variance is required prior to construction.
