Description: The subject property is currently undeveloped. The applicant is interested in obtaining a top of slope determination for the purpose of due diligence. A portion of the property sits below the established Top of Slope according to the City of Aspen’s adopted Stream Margin Map. An alternative Top of Slope determination is being proposed by the applicant through a Special Review request of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
