Standing seam roof is approved. The height of the seam should be 1" in height and not exceed 2"n/a 9/28/2021 2 Restudy the glass railing around the upper deck so it does not terminate into the historic roof and meets building code requirements, to be reviewed by Staff & Monitor prior to building permit submission. Cable railing and revised cricket detail is approved. Cap detail for waterproofing must be provided as part of the restoration of the chimney. - Permit to include the cut sheets for the gutters that are to be replaced. Staff will need to confirm roof flashing detail and snow clips. Site Visit to confirm condition of windows on the historic resource. 5 Restudy fenestration changes on the west elevation for staff and monitor review. 4'x5' window on the west elevation meets the condition for fenestration.n/a 9/28/2021 6 Explore relocation of the existing vent at the front of the historic resource with staff and monitor.
