1) Pea gravel around front of historic resource, then
transition to larger 3”-5” pebble border.
2) Entry path to become continuous brick paver path,
without the small grass breaks between. We feel this is
a safer approach for people walking the path in heels.
3) Entry light spec change to a nicer looking fixture.
4) Rear fence to be build using a horizontal slat
modular fence made from aluminum. Will be more
durable than previously approved wood fence.
Proposed fence is similar in design. Horizontal slat
spacing will be 1”.
5) Minor planting changes, see attached site plan.
Peter requested these be brought to the board. Kara
approves 1 as long as pea gravel is around historic
resource and pebble is around addition; 3 as long as
the glass is frosted and code compliant; and 4. Kara
requested more information and board input for 1, and
5 where the changes are around the historic resource.
