Monitors asked that the boxwood be removed from the street facing façade. Approve one row of boxwood along the west side yard. 5/22/2023 2 Flower bed proposed for front yard.Approved, with condition that the 1' maintenance border is respected.5/24/2023 3 1) Pea gravel around front of historic resource, then transition to larger 3”-5” pebble border. 2) Entry path to become continuous brick paver path, without the small grass breaks between. We feel this is a safer approach for people walking the path in heels. 3) Entry light spec change to a nicer looking fixture. 4) Rear fence to be build using a horizontal slat modular fence made from aluminum. Will be more durable than previously approved wood fence. Proposed fence is similar in design. Horizontal slat spacing will be 1”. 5) Minor planting changes, see attached site plan. Peter requested these be brought to the board. Kara approves 1 as long as pea gravel is around historic resource and pebble is around addition; 3 as long as the glass is frosted and code compliant; and 4.
