construction or construction staging.”

Review Criteria
1.Notice: Proper notice must have been provided (MET)
2.Hardship: Variance is reasonable, and to deny would cause a hardship.
(MET)
3.Impacts: Activities must minimize disruption to neighborhood. (MET)
4.Ownership: Properties must be owned by the same owner, or written
permission must be grated. (MET)
5.Restoration: Site must be adequately restored after completion. (MET)

with conditions.

their comments.
Staff Recommends the BOA Approve the requested Land
Use Review, with the conditions.
Recommended Motion:
“I move to approve Resolution No. 1, Series of 2021 granting
approval for a Permitted Use Variance to allow off-site
construction staging on Lot 2, Arthur O. Pfister Subdivision, with
conditions.
