Determination of Completeness

Dear City of Aspen Land Use Review Applicant,
We have received your land use application Gorsuch Haus — Detailed Review and reviewed
it for completeness.
❑ Your Land Use Application is incomplete:
Please submit the following missing submission items.
A disclosure of ownership of the parcel (no older than 6 months) proposed for
development, consisting of a current certificate from a title insurance company or
attorney licensed to practice in the state, listing the names of all owners of the property
and all mortgages, judgments, liens, easements, contracts and agreements affecting
the parcel and demonstrating the owner's right to apply for the development
application.
a. Applicant is listed as Norway Island, LLC c/o Lowe Enterprises, Inc. ATT:
Jim DeFrancia. Owner of the property is Aspen Ski Company. Please
provide letter from owner authorizing Norway Island, LLC to submit the
application.
2. Please provide written responses to Commercial Design Guidelines — Mountain Base
Area — Final Review Design Guidelines.
3. Please provide an Outdoor Lighting Plan, pursuant to section 26.575.150. There is a
narrative on outdoor lighting, but plans were not included in the plan set, although a
lighting designer is listed on the cover sheet.
4. Please include an existing and proposed landscaping plan identifying trees with
diameters and values, only diameters are shown. Also, please provide, or clarify,
location of sheet LO-04 — Tree Removal Summary Sheet.
5. Please provide, or clarify location of, the Finalized Mudflow Report. A mudflow plan
was submitted that references an analysis dated 1/14/20.
Due to the complex nature of the project and complex reviews required, additional submission
items may be requested throughout the review process as deemed necessary by the
Community Development Department. Please contact me at 429-2739 if you have any
