The property owner of record is the Aspen Skiing Company. Aspen Skiing Company authorizes Norway
Island, LLC c/o Lowe Enterprises to submit an application for the property. Furthermore, Design
Workshop is hereby granted the right of access to information and the right to act as the
agent/representative regarding matters concerning the Gorsuch Haus project and the project
application, other than matters with regard to the Lift One Corridor lift and ski operations, which
matters should be discussed directly with Aspen Skiing Company.
