c. Process summary
i. Gorsuch is part of Lift 1 Corridor Project – Lift 1 Lodge, Parks, Ski Corridor, Ski
Museum, Etc. will be reviewed in a separate DRC.
1. Expect application end of August/beginning of sept.
2. Board Review will happen concurrently
a. Gorsuch to P&Z,
b. Lift 1 application to Open Space and Trails, P&Z, and HPC
ii. Project Review Approval referred to voters – Ord. 39, 2016 (January 7, 2019)
iii. voters – approved
iv. Move to Detailed Review – as project moves through development of drawings,
the second step review is conducted to review a more refined project.
v. Goal is to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and to ensure this
iteration is consistent with what is required/approved during project review.
vi. We’ll go 1 referral agency at a time, you’re able to ask clarifying questions, and
can communicate your comments/initial concerns.
d. Reminder about final written comments submitted to Garrett Larimer no later than EOD
August 14th
