Topics Discussed:
- Setbacks - Patio and mechanical equipment outside property lines and within setback. Will
require discussion and approval by P&Z.
- Subgrade space – show interpolated grade and finished grade line on all exterior elevations
- Show gridlines on floor area drawings
- Void area to the southeast is being designed that way to take load off parking structure, there is
no grate, just a void area for structural reasons
- Parking garage entrance needs to be counted as floor area
- Exposed wall needs clarification and more detail and possibly a restudy
o Clarity around natural (interpolated) vs. finished
- Dormer math needs some clarification – especially in zone 2
- Need additional height points on roof top deck and elevator overruns
o Sections confirming height of roof top deck/elevator overruns with interpolated and
finished grade shown
- Lighting measured from grade (dirt), any light more than 12’ above grade need to be shielded
- Linear lights on upper deck need to be removed.
- 25’x50’ event tent on roof – everything on the roof top deck needs to comply with height
requirements (fountains, water features, hot tubs, tents, etc.)
- If tent is installed for more than 14 days, Temp use review needs to be approved by council and
can’t be included in detailed review discussion.
