O’PFISTER FULLY DEVELOPED LANDS SUBDIVISION
EXEMPTION, according to the first amendment to the final plat
thereof recorded March 17, 2015 in Plat Book 109 at Page 72, at
Reception No. 618207, Pitkin County, Colorado.
Description: The Applicant is requesting to use Lot 3 for construction staging
during construction of a single-family residence at 511 Lazy Chair
Ranch Rd. (Lot 2), an adjacent property.
