O'PFISTER FULLY DEVELOPED LANDS SUBDI-
VISION EXEMPTION, according to the first amend-
ment to the final plat thereof recorded March 17,
2015 in Plat Book 109 at Page 72, at Reception No.
618207, Pitkin County, Colorado.
Description: The Applicant is requesting to use Lot
3 for construction staging during construction of a
single-family residence at 511 Lazy Chair Ranch
