CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE OWNERS OF LOTS 1 AND 2 AND THEIR
RESPECTIVE SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND EMPLOYEES OVER, UPON,
AND ACROSS ONLY THE PORTIONS OF LOTS 1 AND 2 NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE IMPROVEMENTS ON

OCCUPANCY FOR SUCH IMPROVEMENTS. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS RECIPROCAL
