included in the Draft Resolution.
Recommended Motion:
“I move to approve a Planned Development Detailed Review, Final
Commercial Design Review, Setback Variance, and Special Review
for the Gorsuch Haus, Lot 1 and Lot 2, of the Gorsuch Haus
Subdivision and Planned Development, with conditions.”
