(site plan and dimensional allowances)
Rezoning
(rezone the property from Conservation to Ski Area Base)
Major Subdivision
(request to reconfigure existing parcels and vacate r-o-w)
Environmentally Sensitive Area
(review for higher elevation location and view plane)
Site Plan changes
