The Applicant has requested a continuation of the hearing to Monday, March 27" in order to have
enough time to provide initial responses to the concerns raised by the City Council. We expect to
discuss the following topics on the 27"', unless Council feels there are additional items:
® Aspen Street termination design, utilities, and existing rights of ways.
® How will the ski base/ cul-de-sac function to welcome the public
® Transportation options
® Building mass and scale ideas
® Background on the Lodge zone district
