Project Location: The property is located at the base of Aspen Mountain and the 1A lift, on the east side of S.
Aspen Street and is comprised of four parcels. The legal descriptions are as follows:

Description: The applicant is seeking to redevelop the site with a mixed use building containing 81 lodging
keys, 6 free-market residential units, 1 affordable housing unit, commercial uses including a restaurant, as well
as Aspen Skiing Company offices. The proposal includes a new, relocated ski lift.
Land Use Reviews Requested: Rezoning, Planned Development - Project Review, Conceptual Commercial
Design Review, 8040 Greenline Review, Mountain View Plane, Subdivision, and Growth Management Reviews
for the development of lodging, affordable housing, free-market residential and commercial development.
