1) Opening remarks, ground rules
• The drawings are proprietary and aren’t to be circulated outside this group
• What gets discussed stays within the group
• Everyone should contribute and take turns to speak, no interruptions
• Challenges are encouraged, but disagree with the point, not the person
• We are here to find solutions, be willing to compromise
2) Review and confirm if there is agreement on the Planning Determinants listed on pages
4 and 5 of the draft report. (10 minutes)
3) Review of each option with consultant, questions/comments on each option (90
minutes)
• Chris Cushing leads the option overview
• City staff will rotate participation with regard to questions and comments
4) Determine if there is agreement on the consultant’s conclusions listed on page 31 and
32 of the draft report (10 minutes)
5) Next steps: edits, open house, work session (10 minutes)
