1) Opening remarks, ground rules (5 minutes)
• What gets discussed stays within the group
• Everyone should contribute and take turns to speak, no interruptions
• Challenges are encouraged, but disagree with the point, not the person
• We are here to find solutions, be willing to compromise
2) Review consultant’s amended draft scope
• Does the scope include the physical planning parameters for scenario 1(Gilbert),
scenario 7 (Dean) and Scenario 7A (mid-station – high level or detailed
discussion)
• Does the scope (Task 4) include the qualitative criteria outlined by stakeholders?
3) Proposed scope amendment, by Gorsuch Haus, to include review of a pulse gondola
option.
• Should some level of discussion of a pulse gondola be in the report?
(high-level discussion outlining any qualitative concerns)
4) Next steps
• Finalize scope, review with council on January 16th, discuss budget implications
