Ground rules
• What gets discussed stays within the group
• Everyone should contribute and take turns to speak, no interruptions
• Challenges are encouraged, but disagree with the point, not the person
• We are here to find solutions, be willing to compromise
1) Conceptual scenarios, questions/comments on each option (80 minutes)
• Chris Cushing & Jason Hoover lead the option overview
• City staff will rotate participation with regard to questions and comments
2) Next steps related to study (10 minutes)
3) Release of study, entitlement timeline, anticipated public vote
• May 7th open house and work session on Lift 1A study inclusive of white paper
regarding historic resources.
• Changes to GH, LOL, city owned property reviewed and entitled through May,
June, and July

HPC dates: May 9, May 23, June 13, June 27, July 11, July 25
City Council dates: May 7, May 21, June 11, June 25, July 9, July 23
• Adoption of ballot question language in August
City Council meeting dates: August 13 and 27
