Change Order 01—Summary
Change order 01 includes multiple revisions to the remodel at 1263 Bunny Court. Building massing does
not change, and the floor area remains the same.
Included with the change order submittal are the following drawings:
• Remove the door in the powder room. Install a new window in the opening at the same header
height. Infill the rest of the opening and match the adjacent assembly and finishes.
• Repair the driveway finish as required after a significant leak in the house water supply line was
detected by the property manager between the curb stop and the house necessitating
immediate repair operations.The water department was aware and involved with the repair.
• Replace roofing with a new Class 'A' synthetic shingle assembly.
• Repair leak at master bathroom patio. Replace finishes and waterproofing as required once leak
is found and repaired.
• Update HVAC system with new equipment.
