Raptis Remodel— Change Order Scope Memo

This is the supplemental narrative to define the scope of requested changes from the permit documents.
The proposed changes are listed by sheet, below.
A0.0—The UL assemblies are revised and reordered to include the assemblies required for repairing
damaged and demolished wall and ceiling drywall.
A1.0—The FAR exhibit and calcs are updated to show where the basement windows have been filled in
and where a more appropriate egress window will be cut into the concrete.
A1.1 D— Locations are shown where additional demolition in the demising wall due to damage during
demolition, and where the proposed egress window will be.
A1.1 P—The proposed floor plan shows:
- Where the demising wall will be repaired
- Window well changes due to site conditions
- A basement bathroom wall that has been moved 1'-0"to make the shower wider
A1.2D—The elevation shows where the proposed egress will be cut into the concrete foundation.
A1.2P—The elevation shows where the proposed egress will be cut into the concrete foundation. This
sheet also shows window dimension changes.
S0.01 &S2.01 —The structural set has not been previously submitted. The structural sheets are for the
design for the following:
- All design as required by Evolve's letter of involvement that was submitted for the initial
submittal
- All changes that were driven by the subsequent discoveries made during demolition
- Proposed design for improving basement egress.
