This is the supplemental narrative of responses for the review comments for the Raptis Remodel, permit
#0107-2021-BRES. The responses are highlighted below and fully addressed in the submitted plan

Zoning Comments
The main concern addressed in the response is in regards to the lack of clearly communicated FAR
information. Refer to Zoning Comments, pages 2 and 3 below. Sheet A1.0 has been added to supply the
correct information. Additional information regarding windows has been added and clarified on Sheet
A2.1 P
