Based on the Permit Application drawings provided to us by Z Group Architects dated August 9th, 2021, we
understand the proposed work is primarily an interior remodel with some modifications to exterior openings as
well as an approximate 14sq ft landing deck and a concrete infill of an existing opening. Our future involvement
will include producing Construction Documents for all structure affected by the remodel including, but not
necessarily limited to,those items noted above.
Once demolition can begin,the interior wall and ceiling finishes shall be at least partially removed and existing
relevant structure exposed to allow observation of the existing structural systems, as necessary. We shall be
contacted to perform a site observation of the exposed elements to determine the structural implications of the
proposed remodel and any necessary revisions. This shall be done prior to proceeding with the removal or
modification of any framing members.
