Re: Approval for Proposed Work on Smuggler Racquet Club Property
The Smuggler Racquet Club hereby authorizes the Racquet Club Condominium Association to
proceed with Work on Smuggler Racquet Club property only insofar as required to complete
the proper and safe installation of the retaining wall, foundations, and associated drainage for
the proposed structures submitted with the permit application(s) associated with Resolution
No. 4 of 2019. Work shall include necessary excavation and layback of soils as required for site
safety, construction, exploration for and adjustment of utilities if necessary, and finish grading
adjustments as required by a licensed Civil Engineer.
