The purpose of this letter is twofold. First, we would like to accept and acknowledge that the drainage of the walkways does not meet standards due to it being replaced in kind and out of the permitted scope. Secondly,we would like to commit to our maintenance plan of cleaning our newly acquired drainage filters monthly. We have entered agreement with our property management company Frias,who will handle that task. Attached you will find the signed agreement with the city on our commitment for maintenance of our drainage system. We are looking forward to satisfying the needs of the city to sign of on this project. Please let us know what we can do to help.
