A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN,
COLORADO, AFFIRMING THE CITY MANAGER' S APPOINTMENT OF
TYLER SEXTON AS THE CITY OF ASPEN FINANCE DIRECTOR
V'JHEREAS, Section 6.7 of the Home Rule Charter for the City of Aspen
provides that the City shall have a Finance Director who shall be appointed by the
City Manager with the approval of City Council and who shall serve at the
pleasure of the City Manager; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to endorse and approve the
appointment of Tyler Sexton to the position of Finance Director, to be effective
with the approval of this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO,
That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby approves the appointment
of Tyler Sexton to the position of Finance Director, with congratulations, effective
with the passage of this resolution.
RESOLVED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED FINALLY by the City
Council of the City of Aspen on the 13th day of January 2026.
