RE: SARC Approval Deck Repair MCC Lot 28; aka 196 Pfister
Dear Richard,
The deck repair project along with the temporary tent structure for 196 Pfister drive is approved by
SARC subject to the following conditions:
1. The temporary tent shall remain in place for no longer than six months without requesting
an extension from SARC.
2. No construction parking is permitted on Pfister Drive.
3. Pfister Drive remain clear of all temporary facilities,trailers, material storage and staging.'
