was correct, label on plan was not
Wall sections are shown on FAR-2 and show the % exposed wall to be counted as
floor area. this is 877, where does 915 come from?+38 sf?
Sheet FAR-3 updated to have the correct SF of 877SF countable
for the lower level. This was updated in the schedule table once
we had the new survey but missed in the plan note.

Good Afternoon Alison,
I neglected to mention two other minor items relative to this permit.
1. On the HOA Form, please have the owner check one of the boxes indicating if subject to HOA
covenants, etc. They signed and dated the form and did not check off one of the choices.
2. Prior to permit issuance, the Contractor will need to sign and date the Zoning Compliance Form.
