A copy of the CMP certificate is provided with this submission. 2.0 PROJECT LOCATION 2.1 DISTURBANCE AREA The total disturbance area is 5,444 SF and the bu ilding size is 8,817 SF. 2.2 LOCATION Please see Appendix – A 2.3 DESCRIPTION Building Scope of Work The scope of work includes the construction of a new retail store within the demised leased line. Interior renovation including demolition of existing interior non-load bearing partitions, new walls and partitions, new lighting, ceiling, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and new scheduled finishes. New millwork retail display units, drapery, shelving. New storage units/offices, pantry in the back of house and cellar level. Exterior scope of work to include new proposed glazed storefront windows, and new proposed recessed storefront entry. Demolition Scope of Work The scope of demolition work includes interior finishes, paneling, and millwork removal. Demolition of drywall (All studs and existing building structure to remain, untouched). Remove insulation within partitions. HVAC branch ductwork to removed. Light fixtures to be removed. Plumbing fixtures to be removed. 3.0 PROJECT DOCUMENTATION 3.1 PERMITS Demolition, mechanical, electrical, plu mbing, fire life safety and building. Notification will include project description and a schedule. Project update notifications will be sent to neighbors on a monthly basis. 3.3 PROJECT SIGN 18” x 24” Poster will be posted in a readable location from the street or driveway. See Appendix B. 3.4 CONTACT DESIGNATION Please see cover page. 4.0 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION 4.1 DATES OF CONSTRUCTION Start Date: 08.15.2022 End Date : 01.24.2022 4.2 HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm Saturday: 9am – 5pm No Work Sunday No work Thanksgiving day No work New Years Day No exterior work during Christmas week and Holiday Season. 4.3 SEQUENCE (PHASING) OF CONSTRUCTION Please see Appendix C for Rough Schedule 4.4 NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES No excavation will be done. Project will have a barricade in place to assist with the noise control and ensure public safety. During the initial start date, we will introduce ourselves with adjacent businesses and leave our contact information. Employees of the same company will be required to carpool together with an minimum of 2 people per vehicle. 5.4 STAGING AREAS All staging will be done within the space. 5.5 RIGHT OF WAY LIMITATIONS N/A 5.6 SITE PLAN Please see Appendix D for Site Plan. All job material storage, waste management containers, portable restroom will be stored within site. 5.7 WASTE MANAGEMENT A Waste Management Plan will be submitted prior to demolition. We will comply with City of Aspen’s regulations. The delivery hours to be from 7:30am to 10:00am. 7.0 PEDESTRIAN PROTECTION 7.1 GENERAL A barricade will be placed on proposed site to ensure pedestrian safety.
