Any activity/excavation will require written approval from the City Forester. Written approval from the City Forester will be obtained prior to activity/excavation. 2. Use sediment control logs in the driplines of trees – Not SCF to minimize impacts to roots. Sediment control logs are now shown in the driplines of trees and noted in the grading plan notes. Please see revised sheet C.1.002. 3. Does one of these waterlines need to be abandoned? It appears to be a shared line with 655 Gibson and the Hydrant on Spring. Asking for a friend... There are two water mains shown. One is in Gibson Avenue and the other runs south near the house. According to 811 and private locates, the 701 Gibson water service comes from the water main in Gibson and the 655 Gibson water service comes from the main that runs north- south on the 701 Gibson Property. No waterlines are to be abandoned. 4. Establish tree protection fencing at actual driplines of trees. If activity will be required within this area, a mulch bed will be required to minimize compaction of roots. Please see updated landscape plan for tree protection fencing. 11/02/2021
