Aspen Townhouse Near Nell, LLC.

The above referenced permit was issued to Seven Castles Construction in May of 2021.
The project was set up to be completed in phases with the Entry Level Master Suite and
Upper Level deck reconstruction completed December 15, 2021.
The owner and Seven Castles Construction have agreed to not continue their working
relationship for the completion of the project. General Contractors are currently being
interviewed and a selection is forthcoming. The Upper and Garden floor phases of the
work should begin in July or August, depending upon construction material delivery
schedules.
We request an extension of the permit until a General Contractor is selected, and
construction commences during the summer of 2022.
